There will be EXCELLENT picking for both raspberries and cherries tomorrow Wednesday July 22. We will probably be closed Thursday and Friday, then back open Saturday July 25. I will post again tomorrow evening.
Season overall will likely last about two more weeks (plus or minus) , depending on weather and number of pickers, so DO NOT wait too long to get your supply for the freezer – berries and cherries in January are hard to beat.
Weather tomorrow is predicted sunny and breezy with high of 75 degrees!
Raspberry picking will be at peak tomorrow Tuesday July 21 – we hope to have enough berries to be open Wednesday July 22 as well. Probably will be closed Thursday and Friday and then back open Saturday July 25
Cherries continue to be abundant – flavor is excellent!
Come early – it will be cooler.
Our dog Jilly certifies that the berries are good!
Still a lot of cherries easy to pick
We picked some cherries for ourselves!
It was great to see so many people enjoying the berries and cherries today. Again the berries now need time to ripen the next batch, so we will be closed Sunday and Monday – back open Tuesday July 21.
Sunday high temperature is predicted to be 86 degrees – as one of our customers said, it will be a pool day – take the family swimming! The warm temperatures will ripen a lot of fruit and picking will again be very good on Tuesday!
